Coaching sessions
After you submit the inquiry form, I’ll email you to arrange a time for your selected package. Payment is due once we agree on a session time. I’ll confirm your appointment by email after I receive payment.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once or request a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
Follow-up calls and email support are limited to what’s listed in your package. For example, The Mini Support Package includes one 15-minute follow-up within seven days and up to two brief email exchanges about the same topic during that support period. I respond to included email support within two business days. Additional support requires a separate new booking.
Scope of coaching
Coaching provides educational and practical support; it does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please contact your child’s pediatrician about medical concerns. Email support is not monitored for urgent questions.
Parent Guide PDF
The guide costs $19. Please submit the order form and send payment through Venmo using the instructions provided. I’ll email the PDF to the address on your form within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Please double-check your email address. If it hasn’t arrived after three business days, contact me and I’ll resend it. PDF purchases are nonrefundable after delivery.
